This Engineering Standard Specification covers the minimum requirements of format and essential instructions for preparation of "Plant Technical and Equipment Manuals (Engineering Dossiers)" in OGP industries. The purpose of this Manual is also to standardize the content and format of the plant technical and equipment manuals, which shall be prepared by the Contractor.
